Room Rates
Our highly competitive room prices are per room per night and are inclusive of bed and breakfast.

Notes:
• Payment is by CASH only. We don't currently have any facilities for taking credit or debit card payments.
• Your booking can only be confirmed by telephone or email. If you use our online reservation enquiry form, your booking is not confirmed until we contact you.
As The Knoll Bed and Breakfast is also a family home:
• We will be closed to bookings over the Christmas holidays (exact dates to be confirmed). Apart from that, we're open all year round.
• Allergy sufferers - please be aware that The Knoll is also a home to pet cats.
• There are young children resident at The Knoll. While we do our best to keep them under control (we really do!), we advise guests that they occasionally make some noise.
Access:
• There is a steep driveway leading to the house or, for guests arriving on foot, steps also leading from street level to the house. Guests with mobility difficulties are advised to let us know so as we can arrange for parking at the top of the driveway, directly outside The Knoll.
